Fix: Restore missing user edits by refining the data merge logic.

- Migrated 126 manual edits to 'edited' status.
- Updated App.tsx to merge rows with 'edited' or 'synced' status.
- Protected manual edits from being overwritten by automated Dropbox syncs.
