Christian Vidal WolfandClaude Sonnet 4.6 6426b641c1 fix: cap prior year ad data to current week in Dashboard

Pass ytdFilteredAdsData instead of filteredAdsData so previous years
are capped at the same max week as the current year, enabling
like-for-like YoY advertising comparisons.
